How many punches?

Oh hai,

I just ordered a pyrex tank for my first carto tank and im looking forward to using it!

Along with it, i ordered boge 35mm 2 hole punched cartos to fit in and also got some bobas bount and some virgin vapor juice on the way. Since they are all 100% VG i heard that they are very thick.

My question is as follows: Are 2 holes enough for those juices? Specifically bobas and also, what about 1 punches? I got some fuzion vapor juices on the way as well and they are thin juices compared to many others ive tried so far - will 1 hole be enough?

So confused about all the punched holes in the cartos? How many holes? Why? Is it enough? Too much? Flooding? etc.

For Bobas, you'll need more than 1 hole. I use a punch that doesn't have a stopper to it and usually put about a 1.5 to 2mm hole, but I do 3 of them. All sort of 120 degrees from each other around. I still have to take a primer puff or two to get it to flow into the carto.

Whats a primer puff?

Will 2 pre punched holes in a boge be enough to feed bobas in a pyrex tank?

A primer puff is sharply pulling on it without firing it. When you do this, you'll see one or more air bubbles pop out of the punched holes, which means liquid is going in.

The pre-punched holes are 1mm each. So I'm going to say NO. The type of tank doesn't matter.

I use 2 holes in my carto tanks for Boba and Pluid and have never had an issue, but I use the punch I got from IBTanked and make larger holes than the pre punched cartos

Well the cartos i ordered are pre punched. I know and seen Baditude always posting and saying that its better to buy pre punched cartos and since he is the carto king as far as i know (I dont know much), i figured i'd follow his advice. But i was merely interested in 2 hole pre punched cartos and thick juices.
