I am just curious how many PVs everyone keeps around. Also how often do the less popular of your collection get used? I think I will have 5 or 6 when I have the ones I want with my back ups included.I tend to live by the rule that if it has not been used in 6 months then get rid of it minus seasonal items. I'm already thinking this rule will never apply to vaping stuff.

i have two 1100 mah ego batteries, and a vmod which is sitting stagnant because the batteries are still on the way. :(
i had a rev2, 3 1100 mah ego batteries, and 2 650 mah ego batteries. i gave the 650s away to help a friend off the cigarettes. the rev2 busted its guts when i squonked it. one of the 1100 mah batteries were of the v2 lcd variety, and it disarticulated when it was in my pocket for under a minute. seriously the only time i have ever put a pv in my hoodie pocket while i was switching stations with a coworker at my venue so that she could eat. ;>.<
i never used the 650s because they didn't have the 5-click off switch. but i use both the ego batteries and the bottom feeders pretty regularly when they're all in working order. i'm planning on getting a precise plus 18650, then i'm probably done buying pvs until either break. which is unlikely because the vmod appears to be a tank (vapage uploaded a video of the vmod surviving being run over by a truck), and the precise plus has a lifetime warranty. i seem to have uses for both a tube apv and a bottom fed apv.

Somewhere out there
Oh boy, here I go! I started with super mini ecigs years ago, still have those, about 3 kits. Gave red dragon stuff away and gave away Health ecigs. Then I got the Halo G6, loved it, gave most of that to family trying to quit, also gave a Volt away to family. I still have a few manual G6's around. I have a passthru ego. 2 GLV SM's and I just got a Provari. So I have plenty of back up units! LOL I know some people have alot more, but I think I have too much! LOL :) bnrk

I have had as many as 40. Currently, I have 18. Sometime in the next couple of months, I'll probably sell most what I have left and I only have plans of buying 2 more. So, it should end up being 7.

I have gotten to either own or at least borrow/use pretty much every PV I've wanted to try. I have treated PVs a lot like a hobby and have constantly bought sold and traded (even picked up a few things in the classifieds here on ECF) and I have a couple of friends who have done the same. I feel pretty lucky to have had the opportunities to figure out what works well for me.

I've pretty much made up my mind about what I plan to keep for a while. I will have my triple-v, my VVPV, my REO Mini, One of my Rough Stacks, a VV REO Grand (when the metal vv grands are out in a few weeks), and I'll hang on to a couple of ego batts.

I only have 5 plus 2 currently being shipped and waiting for 2 more to be released. Once I have them all I will like six drop a cpl of the ones I dont use and then someone will release something else I just have to have and the process begins again. Best part of the higher end mods is most hold there value so its all good when you want to flip them.

This'll take a minute.

  • Two ego batts in a case for my emergency kit.
  • Revolution V2
  • Reo Mini
  • Madvapes VV box
  • Buzz pro
  • 2 Homemade box mods that I think still work.
  • My crummy first kit is still around somewhere but, I'll never use it.

My wife just started vaping and she has

  • A maxi roughstack V2
  • 2 ego batts on the way for her emergnecy kit

If you want to count it, I probably have enough stuff to throw together 3 more mods. :)

Provari, 3VO, eGo-C kit, VariVolt DigiBox, a lavatube of some kind, and my original 808 starter kit. Have gotten rid of a few more and since my Provari arrived the others do not get much use. Waiting on the blue LED option so I can get a satin black Provari and start the matching tank search all over again.

Short list for me.

1 infinity pro mod with 3 sets of batts

1 dead ego- need to take that to Best Buy to batt recycling

1 working ego- used once since I got my ∞ pro 3/1/12, when I forgot to take spare batts to work, and luckily my coworker had my old ego there that I had loaned her to try (which she never did)

If I get anything else, it will be a backup ∞ pro, then I can ditch the backup ego for good.
