Update: After purchasing my Go Go, I use the same cart all day, about 2-2.5 ml when refilling plus 2 top offs of anywhere from .2ml to .4 ml depending on how long between top offs. Yes I still use my eGo-T's, LOL ALL of them with different flavors now and my type A tanks last me about four or five days and the Type B's last me about a week or more between refills.

My new Juice of choice as far as percentage goes is definitely 70/30 PG/VG blend and I love the Peppermint, Espresso and Banana Cream Flavors, for my personal mixes I like 100& VG Cherry mixed with 70/30 PG/VG cappuccino and/or Double Chocolate. These go together extremely well.

Happy Happy Vaping :D

I usually vape about 2 tanks a day, usually 36mg with 3 or 4 drops 18mg menthol. Although today I have been at my computer since 11am and I am about to fill my 8th tank. That is defiantly a record for me, its the most I've ever vaped in one day. I switched to 24mg after I sucked down my 2nd and 3rd tank in less then an hour. My body and mind loves nicotine! :)

Lambch3p,
Do you feel any different when your nic intake increases by that much? I am concerned that I vape too much. I go through about 3 type B tanks per day of 18mg (when I only use my Ego-T). I have read about the amount of nic we absorb, so it concerns me that I have no idea if I am doing too much. I really hate to get off cigs just to double or tripe the amount of nic, only because of reading that nic does affect heart and blood vessels. I use the Ego-T as a pacifier, like a lot of new converts. All mu juice is 18mg and 24mg. It is all 80/20. Maybe, I should weaken some of it for when I need the pacifier more than I need the nic. What is the most accessible thing I can use to cut it? It might be good to be able to cut it right in the Type B tank while filling it. What options do i have for something to use for that?

I do realize I am still much better off than with the cigarettes. I am just totally amazed that I am not smoking cigarettes.

Thanks

Nicotine is a stimulant - not even a carcinogen, so I think that you're worrying too much. I wouldn't suggest that you try diluting and mixing in the tank while it's on the PV. I assume that you don't mix your own juice. If you keep worrying about this, I would just suggest that you buy some lower nic-content juice - maybe 12 mg - try it, and see if that satisfies your nicotine fix.

By the way, I vape 4 to 6 ml of 18 mg content per day, and I'm MUCH better off than when I was smoking. In fact, I'm feeling better all of the time.

What is the most accessible thing I can use to cut it?

Depending on how wild you are, either distilled water or everclear (PGA). Both of those will thin out the mix considerably in the process though, and may make your juice too thin to wick well.

Slightly less accessible, but still very easy to find is vegetable glycerin (VG). You can get a 8oz bottle of it for under ten bucks at your local hippie grocery store (in Phoenix, I get mine at Sprouts), it's over by the skin care stuff. Make sure it says USP on the label somewhere, indicating pharmaceutical grade.

In both cases, you probably don't want to mix in the tank directly - the smaller the quantity you work with, the less forgiving the ratios are. Keep in mind that by diluting your juices, you're also diluting the flavor.

Good to hear the rates other vape their tanks. I'm between 2 and 3 per day, 18mg. Interesting in that the merchant that sold me the eGo-T stated the tank was equivalent to between 15 and 20 cigarettes. I was a pack-a-day smoker, and I was freaking out thinking that I was vaping the equivalent of 2 - 3 packs of analogs. Guess the comparison isn't so...

Nope not at all. :) I smoked and inhaled black and milds for years. I have a high nic tolerance. I haven't ever had a problem with getting too much nic. But I'm also the type of person who can drink a pot of coffee and go right to sleep. I haven't done that since and am naturally down to 1.5 to 2 tanks a day from 3 to 4 when I started vaping. I definetly feel less dependant on nic and my pv now then when I started. I don't worry if one day I vape a little more because it takes what it takes to keep me from smoking. I really feel I'm are getting WAY less nicotine with my pv's then cigarettes and it is really more the act of smoking that I'm craving to replace. imho ymmv :)
