Aside from the private forums and those you must register for (such as the Classifieds), you should have immediate access to all forums upon registration. There are no post restrictions.

The private forums are for specialized topics (suppliers, supporting members, etc.). There is no "registration" for those unless you're registering as a supplier or become a supporting member.
