i want to know how much you guys drag per vapping session?

it would be really cool to know on how much and i guess it would help the noobies (like me) to have a rough gauge on how much to start with also. (now now, we wouldn't want to get very addicted on the vaping aye?)

please indicate the following

1. nicotine content
2. how many drags per 5 mins (estimate)
3. how many mins is your vapping session? (estimate)

this would give you an idea on how much are you taking in per session. (i mean afterall if we compare with analogs. they're about 1mg per stick and if you vape much more than what a pack is in a session. something's wrong, just saying.)

Nic content= 9-12mg this month. Dropped from 24mg last month. Next month will be 5-9mg. 0-5mg the following month, then 0mg and vaping strictly for the pleasure of vaping.
Drags per 5 min= haven't got a clue.
Mins per session= roughly 960 or about 16 hours. Need sleep to refresh me for my next vaping session.
Total juice consumption in a day= 6-8ml.
Quantity of nic intake per day, IMO, is of less concern than staying off analogs. Info I've read suggests nic is no more harmfull than caffine, so I say "vape on". I am also on a plan to reduce and eventually eliminate the nic, but I refuse give up my cafine (coffee). While vaping is a very affective nicotine replacement theropy for smoking cessation, it is also a pleasurable alternative to smoking tobacco, and with the 0mg liquid option, can be enjoyed on it's own merit without the adiction.

Hmm... two inhales for each exhale... draw into mouth, then second draw into lungs, then exhale. 24mg nic. Anywhere from 1-3 of those, then put the device down. Maybe pick it up in 5mins, maybe 10-15mins. With me 24x7, pocket or nightstand. However, this is the key... sometimes, I leave it in the car and realize about 45 minutes later. Sometimes I walk out of work and forget to bring it with me (I vape at my desk while working). Those are good signs. Sometimes I'll leave it in the car when I'm going somewhere for 3 or 4 hours... which I'd never do with cigarettes. Basically, vaping has given me a lower but more even intake throughout the day that it has quashed my cravings and even further leveled my mood. No sweats, no cravings, no irritation. Marvelous. I vape about 2-3ml a day. After just over 4 months cig-free, I feel better than I have in over a decade. Awesomesauce. :)
