Question time!
what was your initial investment costs (including that wild month, if you had one, of trying every flavor in sight!)
how much do you spend on juice a month?
how much do you spend on cartos/cartridges/attys a month?

i think i'm in a groove enough to say it looks like i'm going to be averaging about $45-55/month now that i've stopped going bonkers on flavors. i figure about $12/month for cartos (2 per week at 1.47/carto); and about 25-30/month on juice--maybe a little more. i think per month shipping will work out to about $5 overall, since i have started to buy the stuff i like in bigger quantities (to save on shipping costs)

i think i probably spent about $500 in the beginning, going nuts on everything in sight. which now seems a little crazy. so my ROI will take a little longer than some of yours did, no doubt.

i am happy to say i have denied the federal government and state of wisconsin $283.96 of my "suicide tax" contribution since i started vaping 62 days ago.

That's a hard one. If you consider "initial" the first 30-60 days, it would have been about $400. A C-note for the 901 starter kit, then another when I discovered 510s a few weeks later, followed by about $100 in juice sample kits and buying up what I liked & some spare attys.
When adding up all the different units I've purchased over time:
901 / 510 / Stick / KR808 / eGo / Stompbox / Wetbox
(minus the V2 I had to send back & my new toy, since it hasn't shipped and hit my credit card yet), we're looking at <gulp> $600.-- just in battery packs! LOL

Now that I know what I like, I'm probably spending about $50 on everything per month - my "all day staple" juice, an atty/carto depending on how it's going (amazing how when one dies, 2 others will follow) and a flavor or two that catches my eye.

Not crazy - normal.

Congrats on getting your 60 day chip!!

I've been too lazy to hunt down a new "I quit" banner since the last one was spammed, but that would be a neat thing for someone to add to it: I quite XXX, didn't smoke XXX amount of cigarettes, saved $xx and denied SFW $xx in funding":vapor:

Including mods and juice craziness, we probably spent about 600-700 dollars getting to where we are now. We spend around 60-95 a month on juice/attys/cartos now.

that's great for 2 people!

ditto that!

Lemme see....I started out with a 901. Then went to the 801. Then to the kissbox. Then to the Screwdriver (Trog's, not the chinese knockoff), then to the stick, then to the prodigy, then the witch's stick, then the fistpack. Got a V2 on the classifieds that's NEVER worked right. Spent more in sampling juices before settling on the cola for an all-day'er. Spent some more on DIY supplies. Stocked up on attys, then moved on to cartos. I've probably spent around $1000 on gear alone in the year & 3/4 I've been vaping....probably wasted around 250-300 on juices I'll NEVER vape again.

Right now, I average a week-10 days on a carto, but have some that have lasted longer (the one I'm on right now has just hit 1 month) and some that lasted less (one drew funny and tasted like *** right outta the package) - that I ended up tossing after 2 days.

I'm vaping around 50ml per month, down from 60ml, as I find I'm not hitting the vape quite as often....

Sooooo - around $12.50/month in liquids (50ml*.25/ml average) and $5.00/month in cartos (go through an average of 3/month at $1.60 per carto)....so I'm vaping for around $20.00 a month.

with Cigs at what....$8.00/pack around here now???? - and I used to average 4 packs a week (ok, I was a light smoker, so sue me ), I'd be spending $32.00/week, or $128.00/month. One hellof a savings, I'd say :D

HOLY E-CIGS! MAAAAAN, am I glad i met you guys. I was sold on the eGo straight away, so I avoided this. But I do want a variable voltage unit. I admit it, and I blame YOU!!

You just made me feel a lot better for being a juice junkie!

I have noticed this, too. I usually can get about 2 weeks out of mine before i toss them because they start to taste stale. at $1.47 a piece (and recently on sale at PS for .89), it really doesn't bother me to burn through cartos that fast.

here they are $6.86-$7.35/pack!

Little ol' me? It was Vick's Fist Pack!! LOL

I should have the ProVari by next weekend! There has yet been one negative said about it & barring anything going wrong, I will have it at our next group gathering. Yippee!!

If it really is all that & a bag of chips like the reviews are saying (just being being cautiously optimistic), you may all curse my name in unison

I am still waiting on parts for my fistpack, hopefully I will have at least one up and running by the time our next meet rolls around.

Actually, it was about time that someone else took the plunge and 'test drove' the new unit besides me (Prodigy v1, Stick, Fistpack, Chuck anyone????)

I'm pretty much done with the cinnabun sample - I'll bring it to the next meet if anyone wants to try what I've got left. I'm just NOT a cinnamon vaper (although I LOVE the smell throughout the house). This stuff is actually pretty well blended - you get a hint of the bready taste of a cinnamon roll, a suggestion of the icing, and a hint of the cinnamon - no one component of the vape is stronger than another.

Just not my thing, unfortunately. But, with it being such a well-blended flavor, and not heavy on the cinnamon, a refill or 2 of cola got the bulk of the flavoring out of my carto (and I didn't wash or clean it at all, just dropped some cola in there and away I went...) - so if you want a mild cinnamon that you can GET OUT OF AN ATTY - this might be the stuff for you.

Now I'll have to move on to the blueberry muffin - AFTER I've burned through some more cola, that is

I was wondering if those stragling parts have arrived yet.
Hope they get here very soon. I can't wait to hear how it goes & figure out if it would still be worth MlrMan to put a few together for friends who I know want them......yeah; Vick's just had to flash that Fist Pack in front of my friends LOL!!!

Yeah; thought it was time someone took the pressure off ya, Vicks!

This has got to be one of the best lines I've heard in a long time, as it relates to cancer sticks....talk about hitting the nail on the head!!! :)
