How much per month?

I was spending ~$300 a month on smokes, now with 1/2 off sales I stocked up
enough mixed juice and DIY unflavored juice, cartos & attys I don't need to buy
anything for 6 months to a year.

I've even passed up 1/2 price sales (after filling a basket) so my current expense is
approaching zero. OK, so I'm still a sucker to try a new carto, atty or tank system....
so just near zero, but still look for 1/2 off sales.

Yeah, same boat here. I was spending an inordinate amount of money when I was stocking up. Now, besides having to buy an occasional bottle of nic-juice, keep my stocks up, or just wanting to try a new specialty flavor my costs are around $20 a month tops. With my supplies I could quit buying right now and easily last about two years though I'd be concerned about the shelf life of my nic juice.

I cannot pass up a good sale. I have spent a great deal of money on stuff that tasted like fuel and perfume. References that had to be written by a dear friend. I want to believe the mailman is bringing the best juice in the world. I have also started friends.on gaping. Found 2 great companies, and have quit searching. Love ECF, it was easier to quit smoking than to quit shopping. I have a friend who found a flavor in 2 weeks. Save a fortune.

THAT's the crux of it.....the shopping will get ya. If I WOULD, I could vape for pennies a day....now that I have my equipment. It's just that this has gone from a habit to a hobby and there's always some new shiny thing out there with my name on it........

Well my husband and I smoked 10 cartons a month...so roughly $500 a month.
So far I have spent $174 on vaping supplies, I think the juice/cartos I have will last us at least a month. (I'm not to sure how long the juice will last yet.)

i have (egot) 2 batteries, 3 atty and 21 bottles of juice, different sizes, flavors and nic count......so i think im good for a looong time.....lol....spent about 250 for all...used to buy 4 cart of cigs a month......at $54 a carton......

The store down the street had a starter kit for 20$. Battery, 2 cartos, and a charger. When the cartos ran out i ordered a 50 ml bottle of pg/vg mix from China for 20$. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't even touched the bottle barely. I just top off the cartos. When they die I buy a three pack for 10$, smoke them dry and refill with my juice.

Only money hog experience I had was trying one of the "free" trials. That sucked but I learned from it. Dr. Vapors vids helped out a lot too on youtube.

Was spending $150-$200 on a pack of analogs a day. First month vaping cost me more(maybe $250-300; was dumb and bought the overpriced brand name starter packs and didn't refill carts.) Month two though, I've stocked up over a months worth of supplies for less than $75. I expect month three will be about $30-40 tops.

I spent a minimum of $360 a month on cigs. 2 Packs a day = a carton every 5 days. Divieded by 30 days, thats 6 cartons a month. At $60 a pop.

I am averaging a savings of about $240 per month now. I mean, than includes hardware (cartos, spare batts) and juice.

I too was spending approx. $250. per month on regular cigs. Probably spent that a month for the first 5 months of vaping too (trying to find the perfect ecig, cartos and juice). Now for the last month I have settled into the batteries, juice flavors and cartos that work the best for me. Probably now spending $75. per month.

Even in my most expensive month of vaping, the month I, gulp, bought my Provari I have never spent more than $125.

I usual buy 1oz of nicotine base and a 4 oz Doubler for Tasty Vapor ever 30 or 40 days. So I'm spending about 35 bucks a month on e-Liquid and 20 bucks every now and again on Cartomizers.

I was spending 120 euros, arounds $160/month on analogs. First and second month I spend the same amount testing attys and liquids including a $70 atty (A2) but now i have a stock for 6 months maybe more.

Husband and I have spent $1185 on vaping since we started 11/06/2010. We have enough batteries, juice, carts and atomizers to last us a year, probably more. I haven't ordered any supplies since April but we were like kids in a candy store in the beginning. We were spending $400/mo on analogs.

This has been an interested thread. I'm hoping to save a lot of money when I switch from analogs to vaping. My husband is trying to quit with just the nicotine gum, so we'll see how it goes. We are spending about $340 bucks a month on smokes.

Oh, and to the OP Zerominusone, I am originally from your neck of the woods. In fact, my first husband was from Lumberton.

I spent about $200 a month are cartons of cigs, and now afte the investment in the hardware, Provari, Reo mini and Ali'i I only spend about $20 on attys a month. Every 3 months I refill on 90ml of juice that lasts at least that long for like $45 from libertyflights. I am saving a lot now that it is all in place.

All I can say is the money I spent on analogs per month, I could pay for the rental! With vaping now, it's narely a fraction of what I used to burn.
