So since Im a newb @ this, I was just curious as to how much do u guys vape?? I have the evic & i purposely reset my # in the morning because I wanted to find out how much I did in one day. I did 148 puffs in my 16hr day. Is that ok?? or is that too much?? I need input please... Any advise will be very much appreciated.

I don't think puffs is an accurate way to figure how much you vape at all. I mean did you ever count how many drags you took on a cigarette or do you just say i smoked 1 pack a day (or however many packs a day you smoked)? As for if it's ok or too much, that's really up to you. Did it satisfy your nic craving? Did you find yourself wanting a cigarette? What's OK for someone else might not be OK for you. For example: I vape between 3ml and 6ml of 6mg juice a day, depending on what I am doing. For some this may be too much for others not enough.
My advice, vape as much as you are comfortable with and enough to stay off cigarettes ;-)

I go buy the ml I vape as much as 7 ml a day to a little as 3ml a day. This also varies a lot because of which mod I feel like using.
Ya, I've never counted puffs either. I do have a pretty good feel for the amount of juice I use though. One thing I can tell you is that ml's to puffs will change significantly depending on the hardware you use.
So far I haven't been craving for a cig but I do find myself looking for my pv every now & then.

I would say 148 puffs is pretty low. I have never counted mine, but I would imagine much higher. Right now I average 2-3ml a day. Imagine that will increase once I get my SVD in the mail.
Look at little light-vaper me in the corner, I'm only vaping 1ml on weekdays and 2ml on weekend days at 6mg Nic!

Ok how about this.. I have the Kenger V2 & I go thru a full tank in about 2 1/2 day. Does that make it a little easier?? Im sorry, I feel like such a newb!

Honey, we were all newbs, no need to apologize for it. It takes time to get the hang of vaping and all the jargon that goes with it. 3 months ago I didn't know an eGo from a Provari.
I'm going to figure you are using in Kanger ProTank2, aka PT2 ( nice tank BTW, I have 2 myself ). The PT2 holds about 2.5ml so if you go through a tank every 2.5 days that's about 1ml a day. I was a heavy smoker so 1ml a day would not be near enough for me. I suggest not worrying so much about it and just vape.
I tend to vape about 20x more than usual when I am on 0nic I don't think I can give up nicotine just yet.
I was smoking for almost 20 yrs a pack a day of mar lights and with the ego twist and a Iclear 16 I have been using .8 to 1.mil a day of 16mg. But I have been gettin the stomach rumbles and the frequent bathroom trips so I am first going to cut back on the nic level and see what happens.
I start my day with my protank 2 full usually refill about mid day at the end of the day I have about half or quarter left depending on how the day is going
Since I started, my use has varied between liquids/colors/thickness/mix and hardware...either way, I agree with those that say "whatever's enough to not break the bank and keep u off analogs." Good luck!
I've only been vaping a few months and when i started (on disposables and the cig-lookalike rechargeables) it was 1 - 2ml a day of 16 0r 18mg. I've upgraded a few times since then and just got an evic with a vivi nova stv tank yesterday, which is sooo much nicer, but also drinks the liquid a hell of a lot faster so i'd guess i'm somewhere between 2.5ml - 5ml a day now.
I vape pretty much all day. I'm able to vape at my desk, for now anyway. My PVD doesn't keep track of number of puffs, but I'd say that I vape about 3ml of 18mg juice in a day. That's including what I vape at home in the evenings.
