Hey all. I am wondering how much e-liquid to fill my empty e cartriges that I ordered. I know about e dripping, but I dont know how many milliliters to put into an empty. thanks,

Fill it until the fiber/filling looks completely moist. As soon as you start to see a puddle develop on the top of the cartridge filling, you know you have gone to far
