I use 25% in my fruit juices. However I use a different flavor source than most. I use Flavor concentrates no artificial ingredients all natural flavorings.

Some of the other flavorings and brands will need much less flavor % I think. Esp some flavors ie Vanilla for one.

I do not think there is any real consistent way to determine the strength of a flavoring except to try it out and see how much it takes.
Take good notes when mixing so you can do it again or not do it if it turns out badly :)

I personally try to go as low as possible. 5-10% but people's taste buds differ. What tastes super strong to one person (usually me) are barely detectable to other people. Just keep in mind that too much flavor can actually taste like not enough/muted flavor. It's a strange thing. I would recommend starting low and working from there.
Of all the flavorings I've tried, Flavour Art (percentage and flavor wise) have been most consistent. I use them at 1-2% (depending the recipe, etc)

There really isn't too much. If you can handle it, just vape straight flavoring lol. I usually mix at 18-30%. The only thing to be aware of: If you use flavorings that contain any diketones (custard notes), the more flavoring you use, the higher the concentration of those diketones. I personally don't care. As long as I'm not smoking, it's all good. Also, in general the more flavoring, the more coil-gunking ability of the juice.
