Hi and welcome to ECF. LOL whatever it takes to keep you off the stinkies. Realize also ALL tanks, for some reason, eat up more juice than normal. After 5 posts wait 1 hr for the ECF servers to reset and request a Cdn vendors list from
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...w-nic-supplier-list-via-pm-only-part-2-a.html
Cheers.

I started 10 weeks ago with a Bloog to try to quit smoking and have managed to stop.... I now have a eGO-C kit with a
Ego Stardust Cartomizer Long Wick and I'm filling it twice a day with 24mg juice. I was just wondering if that's too much?? LOL
I've found a lot of good info on here.
Thanks

Welcome to ECF and congrats on making the switch! Everyone is different, but 3-5ml of juice per day seems to be pretty average for most people. You'll know if you overdo it, your body will tell you....and then you can either just slow down your vaping or switch to a lower mg of nic if you need to. I vape almost constantly myself, and when home will easily go through 5-6ml a day :)

Hi 95zsean. Welcome to the ECF. You will know when too much happens. If you get sick feeling in the pit of your stomach, headache those are the two that are my dead giveaways that I need to put down my PV for a bout an hour. I typically vape between 4-9ml of liquid per day, most days right around 7. I have been vaping for a long time and have worked my way down from 24-30mg to 4mg. When I vaped high nic I would typically use about 5ml per day. It was my body that told me when and how much to drop down. As the months went on I would get sick feeling, not like drunk puking sick, but more of a general yuck and I would get really mild headaches, this was my cue to drop down my liquid strength.
Most importantly if the 24 that you are currently using is keeping you off analogs then thats what you want it to do for you. Also keep in mind that the stardust uses more liquid, more readily than a carto with filler. Keep up the good work. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

Thanks! I cant believe how much better I feel too. I've had that headache when I'm driving home(1h commute) and thats what i thought it was....

i used to chain smoke while i was driving and vaping is no different for me, while i chain vape at home, i put it down occasionally, i rarely put it down while i drive, so i tend to vape a lot in the car as well. you could get a lower nic level to vape in the car, i dont, though i probably should
