The website I ordered the cartomizers from states 1.8ml but there is no way in hell that it fits that much. I just tried to put 1.5 ml's of juice in this thing and the .... was leaking. Yes, it was a brand new cartomizer. This happened to me in previous carto's, too.

What's the recommended storage of this thing from the ECF Forum members?

Hmmm... I get just about 2.0ml of juice into a MEGA. When you insert the syringe, do you put it straight in, or deviate a bit to one side? It matters, believe it or not.

I've been able to get almost 2ml in brand new cartomizers. Going slow is key!
I may need to do it slower.

I do 1/2 to either side when I insert the syringe. I watched all the YouTube vids on how to do this properly.

Notice that the needle is inserted off to one side, rather than straight through the middle. If I don't cant the needle thusly, the juice just runs out of the mouthpiece.

Thanks for the pic! I do try to fill the carto like that but I guess I still must be doing something wrong, I just tried it again.

I usually do 1.8 in them as long as I go slow nothing leaks out, except sometimes a bit from the bottom end but no big deal if you fill it with the bottom plug on.

I've never used the bottom plug... I guess I will try that next time.

The eGo has been great to me so far but I just wish it was less messy. I always get spills when I fill up these carto's.

Wait, I just noticed you're filling the cartomizer from the battery side, I've never seen that before. Do you recommend I do it that way?

yeah I have blunt 18's and and a 20 neither would fit. Got a few more needles coming when FUSA order gets here. learned my lesson earlier in the week when I broke my only needle, I'll always have extras now.

I find the 21ga to be the perfect size. Small enough to get into the cartomizer, but not so small that it won't suck up the thicker liquids.
