How much juice do you waste

How much juice gets wasted when using carto's? I using a ego-c now with the little tanks & wanting to try out some carto's. Seems to me like a fair amount of juice is going to get wasted when the carto putters out. Maybe I'm missing something. I keep visualizing I'd be wasting 10-20 drops every time.

Can some one enlighten me?

this is just a guess from what ive experience but id say at most 1-3ml's of juice is wasted if you dont BLOW out the carto before you throw it away.. its not enuff for me to worry about but i can understand how some would fret..

Cartos generally only hold about 1 ml (for standard) and < 2 for XL so let's say they last a week and die, depending on how full they are not > 2ml at worst and more likely maybe 1/3 ML or less would be my guess. Of course the odd one may die when full but I have never personally had that to happen, most times the carto still works the taste/vapor is off and draw suffers

The small amount of un-vapable juice wasted when disposing of a carto is really negligible. It's not like you're wasting that amount of juice per fill-up, it's only the one time waste when you throw the carto out, so whether you've put 5ml or 30ml through that carto you're still only losing that one small amount. I'd have to agree with the above estimate of about 1/3 ml, it seems about right based on my experiences

Ok. Thanks for the responses.

Being a newbie to catro, I can blow out excess? Should I even worry about having to do that? Reason I'm asking is I'm have some mega carto's coming a it seems like the amount wasted would add up over time.

Either way though, it's a lot cheaper then the stinkies so I guess I little sacrifice is worth it.

The MEGA cartos will hold more then say a pre-punched carto for a tank system .. personally i try and blow out excess juice from my pre punched ones before i toss them but like everyones said the ammount you loose is really small .. even with the Mega's .. and maybe if the flavor has gone bad id just toss the intire carto at that point i dont wanna blow out nasty juice thats possibly burnt or flavored with burnt filler
