How much juice per day?

I smoke a couple of packs of 19/mg per day. How much juice do you think I should order, considering that shipping takes about 2 weeks?

Any ball park estimates on consumption?

I'm still trying to get my head round all of the jargon, this site is overwhelming!

I'm also interested in making my own juice, are there any beginners tutorials with suppliers?

It depends on how much you vape. Because you can vape in places you can't smoke, some tend to chain vape. If the nic level is too high when you chain vape, you'll get a mild nicotine poisoning - telling you to cut down on the nic, or the vaping.
Me... I chain vape because I sit at a computer all day with 5-6 attys going at any given time - so, even though I started out with 24 mg/ml, I ended up at 6-12 mg/ml... or I'd get mild nicotine poisoning symptoms 3-4 times a day.

Start out with some 24 mg/ml and see where you end up. When you figure out your "vaping profile", you'll know if you need to go up or down on the nicotine.

Never run out of juice, charged batteries, or working juice delivery devices. Have a backup for your backups is the #1 rule in vaping.

I am afraid of nicotine poisoning. I smoke about a pack a day of "light" cigarettes and when I placed my order for my eliquid I opted for the 12mg type. I figure that way if I start chain vaping I might not get nicotine poisoning.

Buy a small quantity of a lot of different flavours and you end up and you might hate one of them and still have enough.

when i quit analogs i was chain vaping 6-9 mg per ml. ( i was a chain smoker ) also its importent to note that if your using a device the makes a lot of vapor you will get more nicotine faster than a device that makes a smaller amount of vapor. how much nicotine is destroyed when heated is also not known but i have heard estimates of around %50 is lost do to the heating coil.

Speaking of nicotine strength, the percentage varies depending upon the nicotine strength chosen in the e-liquid. Typically it's offered in 0mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg, 24mg, and 36mg.

OP said he smoked a couple of packs per day. One pack per day smokers are typically suggested to try 18 - 24mg to start and adjust accordingly.

I was a 2+ pack a smoker a day on average. The vape shop suggested I start with 18mg and a 30ml bottle. That bottle lasted about 11 days vaping every waking minute. That's a little less than 3ml a day.

Worked for me, shouldn't it work for everyone?

Easy the stuff I have is either 24 or 26 mg, and I vape either type between 3 to 5 mls a day. I use bf mods or a billet box. So it's easy to determine ow much I've used.
