Joye 510 from Innovapor. How to convert nic?

Hey all,

I just received my 510 from Innovapor and must say I'm happy with it. I found the wait time very reasonable (4 business days). I'm starting off low w/ 10mg juice of VG and 18mg juice of PG to see what I like more. The only problem I'm having is converting the nic content. I've read the stickies and other threads but haven't been able to find a somewhat solid answer. All I'm looking for are estimates:

Say we are using the 10mg juice. How can I figure these out?
Drops per ml?
mg per ml?
ml per cart?

Say if I smoked 10 a day of Marlboro Lights:
I know the equivalency is approx 1.2 mg per smoke. So on average 12 mg of nic per day.

What would you recommend?

Any suggestions or links to other threads are appreciated.

You cant go by that due to the fact that you dont absorb 1.2 mg per cig, and you dont absorb the same in ecigs. different reasons but same outcome.

=I find ( a newport smoker hard marbs feel like air to me =\ ) that inno's MAX doesnt touch me.... and is marshmellowy Lol Assuming your juice is from them as well ? Mabey? if not, im not sure.

I found the 26 mg from another suppliers is better still not enough going to try 48 or 36 soon. Best thing to do... try a few out. get a few 3ml or 6ml in different areas to try it out. dont do like me on the first order.. i ordered alot of 1 26 and its not doing the trick. get some of a few settings and see what works for you BEST. we are all different. just my view... might be wrong... heck i cant even get my own "Setting" to control my nic urges

Well, some of that is easy. There are approximately 20 drops in a ml. If you have 10mg juice that means there is 10mg of nicotine in each ml. Drops in a cart varies. I've been able to get between 13-17 drops in an empty 510 cart which from what I've seen is about average.

Other than that, it's a trial and error process. I smoked around 10 ultra lights a day and I find I'm pretty happy with 9-12mg juice and I use about 1.5-2ml a day. I know, wide range but it depends on the day. I did notice that I was pretty grumpy the first couple days but then everything evened out. I can only assume that was partial nicotine withdrawal caused by too low of a dose. Bottom line is that it is different for everyone. Play around with it til you find something that works for you.
