vaping, and are feeling good then it's perfectly fine.
The amount of ml's you
vape per day doesn't really matter, although most of it is exhaled a portion of it (the portion that follows the nicotine) does stay in your lungs, and like everything it does have to come out. So you should be clearing your lungs every now and then, or giving a small "cough", but VG and PG (unless your sensitive to it, or it was purified incorrectly) are completely harmless to your lungs and
throat.
Nicotine on the other hand isn't smart if you have cardiovascular problems, or are prone to depression. Especially if your taking in 162 mg of nicotine daily (about 20% of it get's exhaled, so really around 130mg), but like I said if you don't have any major health problems nicotine is fairly harmless, and believe it or not
isn't carcinogenic and cause cancer or problems tobacco smokers have. Some people would probably get a headache, or slight nausea from this amount at one point in the day, but it all depends on your body mass and tolerance.
I'm 6'5" & 200 pounds even (depending on if I've had breakfast

), with a decent tolerance so I could probably vape along side, albeit I'd be pretty buzzed though lol.
I usually vape around 3ml's of 12mg e-lqiuid, and that certainly isn't overwhelming, but I definitely feel it. And that's all I really want so I don't run into
dehydration, withdrawal, or serotonin imbalances. (Those are the only minor problems with nicotine alone, I forgot to mention those, so drink plenty of water!)
Just to give you some comparisons, an average cigarette contains 2-3mg of nicotine, so that means a pack-a-day smoker (20 cigs) smokes anywhere from 40-60mg of nicotine (and remember that nicotine is more effective because of the ammonia and free-base nicotine they add). And you are vaping nearly 3 times that amount (like I said; sounds bad but really isnt'), just letting you know where your at compared to cig smokers.
-Just make sure you don't come near the lethal dose of 500mg (You'd pass out before you could vape that much lol, so don't worry about that.)
-OR vape 50mg per kilogram of your weight, which will be alot! (That's enough to poison anyone with the strongest liver.)
