How much mg do YOU vape?

I smoked 1 1/2-2 PAD of American spirit celadon.... about 2+PAD marlboro mediums before that for over 15 years.... now 18mg juice at 3-4ml per day.

Smoked 1 to 1.5 PAD Virginia Slims regular. vape 18mg about 10ml/wk. A few at 24mg. Tried reducing nic but got the heeby jeebies.

Smoking for 45 years, the last 20 or so with lights and ultra lights. Mostly Carlton 100, box, 1&1/2-2 packs a day. I still smoke 8-11 analogs plus 3-4 808d cartos (that I refill or top off daily, so I guess about 3-4ml). I've been using low level nicotine (3-6mg) and may need to increase it to get over the hump. I'm loving the Vaperite natural and organic tobacco and still searching for that first thing in the morning mix, but I'm getting closer.

im throwing this out here i vape 36 mg, to keep my brain from wanting to light up,
is that a little to much??? if i went down too 12 mg i would end up being that guy who robs a convenient store for camels, yeah. thats how much i hate the price of those cancer sticks.

You are fine at 36mg. I vape 40mg and sometimes 50mg all day. Plenty of others around here vape at 36mg and up as well.

Well, I kind of over thought it and went low (ultra lights, over half my smokes were auto/habit burns sitting in my ashtray as I worked so I didn't count them, OOOOPS!). Thanks for the tip. I'm setting myself up with low nic cartos for chain vaping and higher (maybe 12-18) for when I need a real smoke (first thing in the morning, breaks between sets, after a gig, etc.)

I see everyone saying ML so I assume you use liquid. But what are cartomizers. How many of those do you go through? I am not even sure how many ML are in a cartomizer? Can someone help me with that question. I am a newb and dont' use liquid.

Oh and I smoked 1 pack of Camel Methol Siver Crushes a day. Now I smoke about 5 analogs and I am not sure how many carts. I have like 4 open already. I am tasting different flavors. lol But I think 1 ran out today. But then again I am not sure I know when a cart is empty. Is it when there isn't any more vapor left?

Yep no more vapor cartomizer is empty... Check out the vendors list below in the forums and get you some juice... It will be cheaper than buying prefilled cartomizers.... They are easy to refill pop rubber top of cartomizer drip liquid or use the condum method. And welcome to ECF.

I think dont hold me too it... but I think each cartomizer regular size will hold about 1ml of liquid.
