How much you vape ?

I just started vaping 3 weeks ago. I started out with 18 mg and about 1ml a day. Now im at 12 mg and 1 to 2 ml a day. Was previously a pack and a half a day smoker.

I started out vaping somewhere around 2-3ml of 24mg a day.

Now I vape 3-5 ml of 18mg a day. I stepped it down so I could chain-vape while coding and not make myself sick.

I smoked around a pack a day of lights.

Vape pretty much all day on 6mg. Smoked analogs for 10 years and been smoke free for 5 months. Glad to shake that habit for sure.
