have tryed it on 2 different chargers and 3 different wires.

any way i did a ticket on it this afternoon,,CS said it was, still under the 3 month warenty(

3 Months Warranty
Smokeless Image's 3 month warranty is just another reason why our products are the best e-cigarette products on the market today.
That's right! If your batteries stop working or your chargers stop charging we will replace these for you absolutely FREE, with just a small shipping and handling charge. We are committed to our customers and want to make you as happy as possible! I'm guessing this is the cost of us shipping it back? They didn't charge me anything to ship the new one out.

For more information on our 3 month warranty click here. haha, click where?

NOTE: This 3 month Replacement Warranty is subject to normal product use.

When I mailed back my 78mm (USPS), it cost under $2 with Delivery Confirmation. Without Delivery Confirmation, it probably would've been half. So maybe double that for the X2, for the extra weight. I packed it in a small bubble envelope that I got some e-liquid in. If the item were DOA, I probably would've demanded the prepaid return envelope thing (I guess you could make an argument for that if you wanted to), but to me it was pretty painless to just send it back at my very small expense, to get a brand new one back. But yeah, I hear ya. I'm broke too! :)

Out of curiosity was it a 650, 900, 1300?

I've received four bad ones, the original & three replacements and the CS department has been nothing short of spectacular, I also changed my wires and adapters even though they worked on my 650s just fine. BTW, the last one charged just fine but the manual button was a part-time worker.
