Hello everyone,

Just want to make a simple calculation on the amount saved per month as compared to vaping.vaping is a definitely a much healthier option but is it the same for your wallet? What is the general recurring cost from vaping per month VS smoking analogues?

I.e (Juice amount)+(maybe hardware acquiring+maintenance cost)-(total sum of analogues smoked in a month)

1 month. 1 apex ultra res + 1 ss ggts + iatty,1 battery mod, 1 destroyed DVD drive(for failed laser mod) numerous juice for trial, kanthal wire, silver wire+wick on the way, some more juice on the way. already bust my monthly analog bill big time. >$1000

Enjoying new smell and taste = PRICELESS

all else there is my mastercard. :) :)

$500 sgd + by using ecig . I doubt I will be getting any mods - but xmas is around the corner:p
I must have saved $200(guesstimate) or so since I smoke rollies.Smokers smoking a pack or more a day would save alot.

But also if ecigs are truly safe than we would have lower chances of getting cancer, heart disease etc :p I am also unlikely to burn down the house while smoking in bed .I recall the scdf saying that the majority of home fires were started with cigarettes. Health insurance will cost less( ecig is not smoking right? debatable ) No more burning holes in your clothes , linen or car seats (chunk of change right there)

A few other things we can't put a price on.

hahaha i realised i might have the tendency to get too hiong into stuff...this might actually turn into a very expensive hobby.

It will probably be on the journey to find your perfect vape. It is not so feasible to use vaping as a mean to cut cost unless you are the easily contented type.

The biggest savings you'll get out of vaping is 'saving' your own health.

replacement parts and liquid averaging 25-35 per month. RYO tobacco products was around 95 a month (back 2 years ago).
started saving more when I stopped experimenting with models and flavors. I have been ordering replacement parts ..atty once a month..battery one every two months.and the same two liquid flavors (gives me 3 flavor choices if I blend them)

Just ordered a new model this month..but I plan to stick to the same shedule..since the batterys last longer, I hope to cut cost further..and I will not need to have so many on hand. (but I am re-experiencing "new toy" syndrom..lol)
