How much nicotine concentration I need?

If I want each puff to have the same amount of nicotine as each regular cigarette puff? I read somewhere that the 16mg liquid have as much nicotine as regular cigarettes but I think they mean they have the same amount of nicotine as 20 cigarettes but a lot less puffs. Well, I noticed I enjoy not just nicotine but also the act of puffing, and I really don't want to overdose myself. So what concentration should I get?

I used to smoke a pack a day for 5 years, I go with either 11mg or 18mg. I try not to go any higher than that as I do not want to become more addicted than I already am.

Also, take into account the "convience" factor. I didnt smoke in the house when smoking analogs. Now that I vape I do it everywhere. I am rarely seen without my e-cig in my mouth(you will most likely be vaping more than you used to smoke).
