First of all, sorry for my bad grammar and spelling, since english is not my native language.

My parents bought me an e-Cig because they want me to quit smoking, and actually I think its a good a idea. The problem is that I think this e-cig could be hamrful, because its cheap and has a cigarrette like form (I know this is not very important) and its not like the other ones I've seen.

The brand is e-Health, and the cartridges are called Blue Sky. I was also wondering how much nicotine this cartridges might have, if anyone knows, since it doesn't say in the package. And how much nicotine is too much for vaping, I have started with two cartridges a day.

Thanks for the help.

I dont know about that brand, so I cant say whether its harmful or not I dont know what it is, you'd probably want to google it? If it is just regular juice and a battery then its fine...you cant vape too much anyway, youll get sick to your stomach before you vape enough nicotine to hurt you. There are people here that vape 10ml a day, and if theyre still kicking I doubt youll keel over anytime soon :) But youre right, I started out with cheap crap like mount baker and vapor bomb, and cheap crap is definitely a lot harder to vape. Its not harmful, but for me at least, had undesirable effects, throat irritation, gum swelling, headaches, etc. But there are others who vape that kind of stuff all the time and are fine with it so...theres that

If you have the starter kit, it is most likely the 16mg. Nicotine concentration is measured either in mg or %. The concentration is based on how much nicotine is in 1mL of juice, so 16mg/mL = 1.6%. Keep in mind that you do not actually absorb all of the nicotine present. However, knowing that conversion factor will help you when you are shopping around for refills or other products. IMHO, these cig-alikes are great "first steps" into vaping, but you will no doubt soon be searching out new gear and liquids for better taste, better vapor, and longer battery life. Most of us have been there, so don't get discouraged!
