The Eisenberg study, although it passed peer review and got published, is pretty flawed, as admitted by Dr. E himself. They simply did not know enough of the ins and outs of using an
ecig properly to actually get nicotine delivered. He came on ECF to get feedback and advice, and has since totally changed his tune: ecigs really
do provide plenty of nicotine. Once we taught him how to actually use one properly, he found out what they can do. Seems this was not enough to retract the paper, though...its publish or perish in the academic world, or at least that's what I think the reasoning was behind not pulling the paper.
So if
vaping a juice seems like it is strong to you, it most likely is. If you are
vaping properly, you are most certainly getting nic just fine!
