How much supply-wise should I have on hand at first?

Hello. Yeesssss I am a newbie  but I guess everyone starts somewhere.

Anyway, I am anxiously awaiting my first PV that I ordered and of course now second guessing that I should have bought more supplies for it, just in case.

I ordered an eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer starter kit eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers and I realize it comes with 2 each of the cartomizers and the batteries, but in your veteran opinion, do you feel I should quick order a few more of those, just in case of DOA or whatever other catastrophy could possibly happen?

What other advice do you have on stockpiling to always ensure a proper supply is on hand?

Thank you in advance!
Jen

Welcome to ECF, and all of us start as newbies!!!

More cartos as well as more juice is what I would recommend. Cartos can deep-six with little warnings although they may also last for a month. But you should have more on hand just in case. If you find a juice that you like, I would suggest at least a month's worth. The 6ml that comes with the starter kit will not last long.

If you end up liking your set-up that you have ordered, I would suggest having two more of the batteries on hand.....just in case two batteries die at once. If you don't like it, try another & keep this one for backup.

Best wishes!!

Jen.......Before you stockpile, make sure vaping is for YOU! I have seen so many folks invest a ton of cash into e-cigs and later decide that vaping is not for them. I sure don't want to discourage you because vaping is a great substitute for smoking.

As the previous posters mentioned.........Batteries,carto's(atty's),and e-liquids are things you want to have handy at all times.

Best of luck to you!

Definitely order some more cartomizers. As stated on the web site you linked to, the EMDCC's burn hotter and therefore may not last as long as a standard res carto. They will also drain your battery quicker.

You may also want to try several different types of cartos such as the Boge LR 2.0 ohm or the 1.7 ohm Resurrector. You can get a pack of 5 for around $7.50 at Crystal Clear Vaping shipping included.

Once you know that vaping is going to work for you, order a couple of spare batteries. Back-ups, back-ups.

Another tip, always order more juice way before you think you are going to run out. You will go thru juice fairly quickly with the Low Res cartos.
