Funny, my wife has mentioned to me that I was allot easier to get along with this time compared to the other times I have tried to quit with nic gum, patches, zyban, chantix, etc, etc. Almost zero cravings also this time, and if I did think a craving was coming on, just took a couple drags off my pv and good to go. She was glad I wasn't my normal grumpy self like all the times before...

My 3rd and 4th days the pv I was using was not working well and I was irritated by everything. My wife literally told me to go get a pack of smokes but i didnt, i vaped my heart out and made it through but that was about the worst of it. now that I have a great working machine and many many clouds I am doing great and o so happy =)

This is one of the things I tell people who ask about my PV and how it helped me quit. I am not grouchy or grumpy or irritable like I always was when I quit smoking. In the past, it didn't matter how much nicotine gum I chewed, I wasn't smoking and I knew it. My experience quitting with the PV has been the complete opposite. I love vaping probably as much as (or more than) I liked smoking. And the other related benefits are worth mentioning, but covered elsewhere. :)

I was a little frustrated when I started Vaping on Friday because the juices didn't taste right and I felt like I kept messing up with how much I was putting in and stuff. But my partner sat down and read up on the forums a bit more and I think I'm getting the hang of it. Now, I am happy as a clam and everything seems to be a lot smoother so less stress = Happy Kat

I was just noticing that about myself today. I am still on Analogs...about 3 a day which isn't bad for me. I work a food service job from 6-2 and usually around 10 am my cigarette alarm usually goes off and I am highly irritable. Now when the moment hits me I can go in the back and vape a few hits and am good to go. Even if I don't get to vape until after 10 am I don't have the intense nicotine craving. I have only been doing this for less than a week and have noticed a difference.
