How often do you actually vap?

Being new to vaping, I was wondering, how often do you actually vap (puff)?
I find myself puffing about once every 15 - 20 minutes give or take 5 minutes or so.

I have the Lea tank system with a few different flavors (cherry is my favorite so far). I just ordered a few more so I'm in this for the long haul.

The tank holds about about 1mL of juice. Yesterday I went through about 1.5 - 2 tanks. Is this too much?

Thanks Scott, I was smoking about a pack a day of Marlboro ultra lights 100. My wifes family brought me a few cartons of smokes from China and they were 5mg of nic. (close to Marlboro Ultral lights 100)

I go through about 3-4 ml a day. I don't vape at home all that much, but at work it's pretty much non-stop all day. I use very high nic level (24mg) and never feel like I've vaped too much. I love 24mg because I can actually get a buzz feeling if I hit it hard for a few minutes.

I ditto this... I use 18 mg juice and just do it whenever I feel the need?

Almost constantly when I'm at the computer. If I get busy with something (other than sitting at the computer) I may go a couple of hours without even thinking about it. It wasn't that way with analogs. But I probably average 4-5 mils a day.

Its difficult to say . I take a vape whenever I want.

I tend to vape more in the evening though ( chain-vape a bit when relaxing)

I get thru about 5 - 7 ml a day of 18mg strength juice.

One thing I have noticed (I was a heavy smoker before) is that I do not have an urge when I get up in the morning to take a vape (I used to when smoking cigs).

Not sure exactly how many mls a day I go thru, because I use a bunch of different flavors. I find myself vaping a lot less than I did in the beginning. The first 2 weeks was a huge blur of vape and liquid. Now I've kinda calmed down and found my rhythm, I think.

All my juices are medium strength 11mg (flavored) to 16mg (tobacco).
I just ordered a few more juice with low nic levels 6-11mg.

I'm vaping if I'm awake... Usually about 4-5mL per day, you're doing fine,
just vape when you feel like it, and skip the analogs.

I think 3 to 5ml daily is about average so you are in the ballpark. Most new people to ecigs vape constantly for at least the first few weeks. Some taper off after that, but most just continue on at the same level.......LOL........Enjoy.

I vape constantly all day with a spare battery in pocket. I probably will take a puff every minute or so or sometimes more if I'm not doing anything. I vaped 3 times while posting this.

Constantly! I haven't kept track of how much juice I am using. I started at 18 mg/ml and had to get some 12mg for chain vaping. I am vaping a lot not just for the nic, but more because I have some really yummy juices!

I vape when sitting in front of the computer about a drag every 5 min. When out and about, maybe equivalent to an analog every couple hours, sometimes 3 hours. I packed a 5 mil dropper bottle hoping it would be enough for a week....um......that bottle would last me over a month at this rate...maybe 2.

I vape 3-5ml a day depends on level of activity @ work. When I first started I only did about 1ml a day (ego-t), now that I use cartomizers and get satisfied from my juices I vape more. My thoughts go, if I stay on top of the craving to smoke it wont get me.
