Being new to vaping, I was wondering, how often do you actually vap (puff)?
I find myself puffing about once every 15 - 20 minutes give or take 5 minutes or so.

That's pretty normal, IMO. Don't worry if your "burn-rate" increases a bit. I burn through 3-4ml/day at 24mg/ml.

When I started 7 months ago, I was clocking in with 1-2, but that wasn't quite enough. Still had the occasional crave, but was able to power through by simply vaping more. So, I just let my consumption find its own level - after all, this thing won't kill me nearly as quickly as ciggies. Plus, even at 3-4ml/day, it costs me about 1/3 what analogs did. Win-win...

I have the Lea tank system with a few different flavors (cherry is my favorite so far). I just ordered a few more so I'm in this for the long haul.

The tank holds about about 1mL of juice. Yesterday I went through about 1.5 - 2 tanks. Is this too much?

When I think about how much I smoked analogs, I did about the same equivalent in terms of vaping. For me, it had to do with habits. If I was in front of my computer (I'm a big MMO player) I used to chain smoke (I know--sick!). I kind of do the same thing with vaping, but then, I don't have to worry about getting in so many hits with that burning analog, and I now find myself slowing down a bit on the vaping. If I'm in my car driving home, I kind of vape all during the commute, but again, I've slowed down when I think about how many analogs I used to smoke during the same commute.

Of course, a really good e-liquid could have you chain vaping all day..lol

I started out vaping a lot. I was using 24mg juice and after a week it suddenly made me sick. I went out and got some 0mg juice in the same flavors and cut down to 12mg. It took a couple of days to get to feeling better, but am now vaping about 1 - 2 ml per day and all is well. You don't have to read a lot of these posts to see that everyone has their own tolerance levels. Take it slow and easy and find yours. If you start feeling like you are overdoing it just cut way back and let your body get over it then start out again, maybe with a lower nicotine level.

Honestly, at first, I didn't vape very much...tried to emulate the times and amounts to actual analogs. Now I'm finding, especially if there is the time and place, I'll keep it handy and drag on it about every minute or so for a bit. Then get busy doing something...then it might be 5 minutes in between. I don't much care so much as to how often..whatever seems satisfying at the time is all that matters. Staying off the analogs is the most important goal and if it means some days are vaped more than others, so be it.

I am also very new to vaping (just started yesterday). With analog smokes I was about a pack-a-day smoker, smoking a little bit more often that about once an hour. Now with my e-cig I find myself vaping on a much different schedule. I find that I am having a puff or two about every 15-20 minutes. I still have not figured out if this is >, =, or < than I was smoking regular. I tend to think that I am vaping about the same amount as I smoked, just taking less puffs more often.
