Probably not often enough! I use to try to clean them every couple of days. Then changed to once a week. Now I will only clean them if they really drop in vapor. For my use, I find they are lasting about the same amount of time if I clean them or not. Some people will clean them every night. So wide difference in cleaning times.

I do what nerak does. I used to be pretty good about cleaning. Now, when they start losing ooompf, I throw them into a baggie to be steam cleaned.

about every 8-10 hours of vaping :(

Seriously once you get spoiled by a fresh clean one every day its hard to go back.

Right now I have 5 REOs going and not an atty on them.

3@ 6v with 3Ω Boge Cartomizers
1@ 3.7 with 2Ω Boge Carto
1 @ 3.7 with Smoke Tech 1.8Ω Carto (mini/14500)

The 3Ω carto at 6v is the best vape I've ever had ....... ever.
Provides 8-12 days of hassle free vaping where every hit tastes just the same :)

If I even suspect an atty is hitting a bit poorly, I toss it in my enclosed tupperware cup with isopropyl alcohol and let it soak for 24 hours, rinse it well the next day and set aside to dry. I keep 6 or 8 in rotation with this method and it has proven to be successful. I do want to purchase one of the ultrasonic cleaners and give it a try.
Oops, I didn't answer the question, did I?:)
I suppose I switch out atties every 4 or 5 days.
