Clean mine (901) once a week if I remember

I'm guessing the only reason to change 'em is when they go nipples up ? , mices a month old and still going.

I've tried all sorts of cleaning , boil , steam , coke, drain overnight. Frankly none of them are worth all the effort for little or no result.

I just use them and change when they either go cold or produce naff vapour.

I had one classic atomizer do 3 months heavy everyday use , never done a thing to it..worked like a charm , just went cold.

Cleaning or draining in my experience is pointless. plus , 5x 510 atomizers for £23 or 5x901 atomizers for £20 from totally wicked UK..is it even worth it financially.

I don't clean my atomisers, I bin them every 2 week to a month use. Once they become wimps I toss them! No nonsense vaping

I'm pretty new to vaping and haven't lost an atty yet but I reckon I'd have to be pretty bored to start boiling & bathing them.... I did drain one overnight after it got really badly polluted with a proper nasty juice combination but that's as far as I'm willing to go.

apo... just a quick question - do the 510 atomisers work on the dura-c? they seem to be quite pricey on ivapour bought individually.

I've learnt that it's usually a good idea to wash out a cart every time I change flavours - some combinations are really bad!

yes matey, they are the same model. Janty Dura, dura-c( manual battery), Titan 510 , Joye 510 all made by Joyetech and all compatible with each other.
I don't know if or what effect using different parts may have on your 6 month Janty warranty though.

yea , i only wash out my filler if i wanna new clean flavour , or in a vain attempt to improve its wicking ability.

I "drain and blow" only, tried a pepsi bath on a dead one but it didn't work.

In 144 days of heavy vaping I have had 4 atomisers die (and my main tool is a screwdriver - which is a thirsty beast)

I'm juicing on cherry & vanilla at the mo, mixing the 2 in the same cart hasn't lead to anything I'd call not nice.
