Every now and then my tank will get a little leaky. Like today I didn't notice it had tipped over and I got juice all over haha. Anyway, I always like to have a nice clean tank. Even if my wick and coil are still good, I'll vape all the juice out and take it apart and rinse the tank and stuff. Make sure everything is nice and tight. Do you guys do this?? Or just when you change coils and wick??

I clean my tanks when I feel they need it. Maybe once a month or longer. I will use a toothbrush and get the connections scrubbed and let them soak in soapy water, then soak them in vodka.
Oh really?? I usually just rinse everything under hot water and let it dry.

When I change the wicking and/or the coil which is on my sub-ohm tanks about once a week, my MTL Kayfuns and such as I run unflavored in them it is about once a month on a wicking change or coil rebuild with those. If the liquid that was in a tank was foul tasting from the first hit, instant tear down and cleaning with a final soaking in everclear and rinse with distilled water.

I assume the 50% pg in mine is doing the disinfecting part. Still, I may wash mine in a container in the sink (keeps all small parts together, easier to find clear floating gaskets) and put a dollop of alcohol in it.

I vape unflavored and I'm a Guy, so that doesn't actually happen often. Shhh

the two RDA's i am currently using get taking apart and rinsed under warm/hot water whenever i do a dry burn or recoil (at least once a week).

**looking down in shame** i have been slacking in this area however, i currently have 7 various tanks and i think like 4-5 rda's that all have various amounts of ejuices in them that have been sitting in cups or on a mod waiting to be taking apart and cleaned anywhere from 1-3mths now. has made switching between multiple flavors during the day not a regular thing lately thats for sure!!

I wash out my tank about every two refills and start over with a fresh clean tank. I buy flavoring from halo because they are very well known for testing their eliquids so once my wick gets flavored i am good to go for about two months without adding flavoring or changing out my coils. Just what works for me. Flavor your wick and it will treat you well

Tanks? Almost never. Clean my tips inside and out almost every time I fill. Clean paper towel, napkin, even TP if I'm feeling lazy:p With a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol... Also the connection to the battery, both sides with a Q-Tip. Only time I clean a tank is when I am experimenting with flavors which turned out nasty, or make a mistake and fill with the wrong base. Mostly a 100% PG stealth vaper but do play with 50-50 when I'm alone.

Hey guys is it okay to wash the tank with dish soap or handwash in hot water?
Or should i not be doing that?

Dish soap is fine, just rinse in hot water real well. People use a lot of different things. Heck, if I'm cleaning in my brewery I'll use PBW to clean my tanks while I'm using it in the brewery.
