I just bought my first dripper (Father's day ya know). Picked it up at a local shop as my first rebuildable test. I think it's similar to a smoktech squid but i really new to drippers at this point. I have at single 1.8 ohm coil (6 wraps with 32ga wire) wicked with cotton on a 3.7 volt ego. Dripping 5-6 drops or so and getting 10-20 puffs...about like 1 cigarette (or what I vaguely remember as 1 cigarette). Like I said, it's my first day dripping, so I'm no expert.

Two coils at 1.6 ohms and a boatload of Ekowool in an Igo W will keep me going for quite a while even around 12 or 13 watts. Usually drip on a regulated device. Honestly I could lose count if I were trying. I'm not chasing clouds or anything when I drip. I only use a very restricted draw, hence the stock Igo W.

Changed my build when I got home and she's much better on the juice now. With the two wire twisted coil I was having to re-drip constantly, every 3-4 drags. Now I'm running dual coils, 9 wraps each, with a different wicking technique and it lasts muuuuch longer. I'm probably getting a dozen draws at least with the same amount of juice.

Depends on my build and what my topper is. Usually on my igo w I'd put maybe 6 drops, get about 4 to 6 hits. Sitting in an ohms of .2 to .5 ohms. In my Stillare, on .2 ohms I get about four solid hits before I have to saturate it again. Mainly depends on your cotton, build, hits and air flow.

If you are in the sub ohms, with some decent air flow, and a dual coil chances are you will be dripping a lot. If it's a single coil a little less. If use a micro coil with a cotton cloud, pretty much never put the top cap on cause all day saturation. My best option for you is too play with all settings, what you wrap on If it be a 1/32 drill bit to a toothpick, to your dogs tail, also how many wraps;more wraps more surface area, more juice to heat up. Big player though along with the surface area of your wraps, is the ohms. If you run em' low, it's gunna get hot, an ejuice loves to go to the heat. Also remember if your trying for clouds taking long pulls, that's more time for the coil to heat up. More heat also means longer cool down. If you chain vape like me, it's always warm; meanin the juice is always traveling to the heat source being used up even when I'm not using it. So try some different builds an enjoy the art of dripping my friend!

As others have mentioned, it varies based on a few factors (coil, wicking material, watts etc.) For me it also depends alot on the flavor and what wattage I think a particular flavor tastes best at. Lower watts (less than 10) I get 10+ hits on a single coil with cotton in my Atomic clone, up the watts and the number of hits decreases.
