That's one thing people struggle with a lot when starting...with a cigarette when it's gone then you're done and you don't have that with vaping.

You just have to find your own rhythm to be honest.

I still chain-vape when I'm at home on my computer, and a lot less at work.

Remember that nicotine in vaping isn't absorbed at as high a rate as cigarettes. If you start getting headaches or dizziness or extreme dry mouth it's a good sign you're overdoing it.

I bought some 8mg liquid just to be sure that doesn't happen and I can feel pretty free to chain vape all I want when I'm at home.

I vape constantly like a madman. It's different for everyone. Some people vape to recede, and eventually quit. I plan on vaping indefinitely. It's a "feel" thing. The whole up-side is that you're not slowly killing yourself like you were with the stink-sticks. You definitely don't want to get headaches or dizziness. If so, you need to decrease your Nicotine level in your e-liquid.

When I'm working a vape for five mins every few hours as if I'm taking a smoke break. But when I'm home I pretty much chain vape... So I use way less nic when I'm home. I enjoy the taste of my juices so I don't have a problem with it if I'm not taking in as much nicotine. When I started (2 weeks ago) I just had all 24 mg so when I was chain vaping my face got numb haha

Now I'm 12mg at work and 6 at home :)

I basically vape the same way I smoked. Vape about 5-10 minutes every hour or so. At the same time the wife doesn't allow me to vape inside otherwise I'd chain vape like crazy. Really it just comes down to doing whatever it takes to get off the smokes. If you need to chain vape or up the nicotine level to accomplish that then by all means do it. It's healthier either way.

It all depends on personal preferences, needs and lifestyle.

For me, whenever I work (desk/computer job) or surf the net, I have a pen-style in my left hand (as I used to hold the analogs) and take a puff or two now and then - usually after finishing a paragraph or something. When I am moving around, I generally don't stop to vape. When I am resting (e.g. watching movie), I tend to chain-vape.

One friend I converted sets timer for vaping sessions. I tried that too, but it doesn't work for me.

The bottom line is: listen to your body and fit vaping in your lifestyle.
