I've got a bunch of clearos in rotation, and lately I've been washing after each fill or two.
I just put an empty in the "to be washed" shot glass, and fill a different one.
When there's 4 or 5 to get cleaned, I clean em, and let them dry overnight - then they're in the "ready to fill" lineup.
They seem to be lasting longer this way, though of course, with a bunch going at once, it's a little tricky to keep track.
I'd estimate a rough average of maybe 8 fillups on a coil?
I certainly don't think it's necessary to clean more often than maybe ever few tanks.
I haven't bothered dry burning - if the performance gets crappy I replace it. And I tried a couple, but rebuilding's not my thing - I decided I'm more of a DIY juice guy - and there's more money to save there anyway. But MOST people start to build coils for ProTanks and say they get better performance...

it's like Train said - hard to keep track when there are a few rotating around
but if I think one is even just hinting to fade "RIP IT APART" only takes a few min
or if no time, grab a coil and swap out, don't make a coil worse BAKING it

and then there is a couple here I have maybe 2-3 wks nothing ! just crack `em open add fluid
they work like champs--go figure... :glare:

Depends on the juice your using I think. I swap them out when they stop performing to my expectations. Some juice I can go through 5 or six tanks, others start to fade after 2 or 3 tankfuls.

I have about 30 heads I rotate, rinse, vodka soak, dry burn, rinse again. I use the jewelry case from the earlier protanks to store the three parts, attie, post and rubber ring. Just add a 1.5 ml flavor wick to a fully cleaned attie and I'm good to go.
