Just purchased a 5-pak of extra cartos and was wondering how to store them. Like, leave them sealed and just sitting on my dresser/glove box, or whatever? Right side up, upside down? In the refrigerator or freezer? I'm sure, soon enough, I'll be wanting to store e-juice, as well... ...when I'm ready to advance to that point in my personal vaping journey...

I was thinking leave them sealed up, right side up, and in the fridge..

what do you guys think?

I leave them in their origional box/wrapper until I am ready to fill them.
After I fill them they go in a Tic-Tac box

    Nobody, suggests the fridge?

More than a few juices I have say do not refrigerate. They say it changes the flavor (but implies it will taste like it should in 24-48 hours, none have been definitive on that).

For me, unfilled, I just keep them packaged. Filled, I put caps from some old cartridges on both sides. Seems to work, sometimes there is minor spillage, usually my fault for over filling.
