How to best inform "smokers" on why/how/where to look into Vaping

So I have a co-worker that is interested in vaping. So I gave him some basic info as well as websites to have a look at. This got me thinking, there should be a Sticky page that us members can goto and print out and/or link to for people interested. Something that shows why/how/where to get started. As I know myself, it was not too hard to get into it...but might be harder for others and may get discouraged.

At the top of the page there is a link to "info pages". I would print out "Beginners E-Cig Tutorial" and give it to anyone who is really interested. Good reading and information.
