You are on the correct setting. ohms. Touch the meter leads together and take note of that measurement that is the internal resistance of the meter and leads. measure your atomizer you can touch the 510 contact with the red lead and the threads of the 510 with the black. take note of that measurement. Now subtract your first measurement from your second measurement.

That won't work. The ohm meter on that isn't sensitive enough. It is +/- 1% of 400 ohms. At 4 spaces of accuracy this amounts to 0.4 ohms.
Being an AC clamp, your multimeter isn't designed to determine the resistance of what is essentially a weak resistor.

If you want a good multimeter get a Fluke that is intended mostly for DC use.
