How to choose the e cigarette

I smoke about 20 cigarettes per day, now I want to buy an e cigarette to quit smoking, how much liquid oil should I choose?

When I bought my kit I also picked up 30ml of different juices... they lasted well more than two weeks, but you may find that you vape more than you smoke (there's no good correlation between mls and cigs - it just depends on the person) at least in the beginning... so moar juice on hand always

24mg is what i heard is the average nicotine level. But everyones different.

I was upwards of 2 PAD and switched easily to 24mg... I wouldn't call it average though. But I would, and did, start at 24mg - I''m 3 months into vaping and have already cut down to 18mg primarily without even trying (got a lower mg sample and felt no difference). When starting out, you don't want to be on the low-side of nic.

Also depends on how strong your cigarettes where. I got along fine 1.8% nic after coming off 1/2 a pack of American Spirit Blues a day.

Also, it took my this moment to actually have it sink in that I quit smoking. It's still that new.
