that's really funny, I JUST saw that this morning as well... looks neat but looking at the site, they look kinda short...
Those do look kind of cool, not so much for my v4l batts (chrome ftw) but my 510 batts are plain black. The red head is pretty cute too lol. Dunno if I would buy one though as I am not going to be getting more 510 batts.
I use these on my white auto from V4L. No place for the manual switch. I received a few as gifts in a few purchases and couldn't figure out what to do with them until I bought an auto. LOL

At $6 a pop? No way. Listen...I'm a deadhead and would LOVE the tie-dye skins but that's too expensive. Seriously. I'd rather make my own
I'm a sucker...I bought two. I have the pink camo and a skull and crossbones pattern not on this site. I got them when I purchased my Red Dragon months ago.
Red Dragon's site sells them for $2.95 and I'd bet they are pretty much the same thing.

I have used those round cases for the half size eyeglasses at the drugstore. It has a pen clip on the side for carrying on my waist band. It holds 2 VK's.
I just lug around one of those large suitcases with wheels so I am sure I have enough batteries with me.
Seriously, though, I hope the xlong battery cases come soon, I really need them. I'll check out those eye glass cases, Mary Kay, that's a real good idea.

Seeing as you guys have used them before, and there's not really any details there I can find about application.
Are they one time stick on application, or do they slide on? are they reusable? are they plastic design only, or some sort of silicone or nerf material?

if they ever bring out any with the switch pre-cut i would consider it. Since I have to cut and alter it anyway you may as well go buy the vinyl shelving covers and make your own.

Taryn's right. It's similar to the cart covering. Once it's on there...it's on there. You can take it off, but I don't think you'd have much luck reusing it.
