Well it all depends on your build and the juice you using. Some wicks will last a good amount of time with no rewicking and some are daily rewicks depending on your juice. If you want clean un tainted flavors and your testing you should rewick or it may negatively affect the next flavor you try. Also each coil build and wick style will change how much you drip. Try and experiment and eventualy you will find what you prefer! Took me 3 months to find my favorite rda and coil combo when I started to drip.

From the way you said that it sounds like you are wanting to drip into the Halo Triton tank, and as far as I know that isn't possible (I used to have a Triton starter kit). For dripping you need a different type of "tank" called an RDA (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer). With the Halo Triton you will need to completely clean the tank and wick before switching flavors, otherwise you will get a slight taste of the previous flavor mixed in. You could clean the tank/wick between flavors, but it would probably be pretty time consuming.

If that's what you'd like to do, here's a YouTube video on cleaning the Triton tank:

If you don't clean it before putting in a new flavor then the wick/coil will still have some of the previous flavor on it, and it will mix in with the new flavor. I'm quite sure even with a RDA you have to replace the wick between flavors, but I may be wrong.

To be honest the only way I know of to quickly/easily switch between multiple flavors is to have multiple tanks filled with different flavors, which is why most vapers have many different heads (tanks). I myself have 4 Protank 2's, and I pretty much only vape two different flavors (I've also got two Mini Protank 2's coming in the mail).

With the Halo Triton your only real options are to:

1. Clean the tank in between flavors
2. Order more Triton tanks
3. Deal with the fact that the flavors will mix

I wouldn't recommend option 2, as the Triton tanks will become useless if you ever start using a different brand eGo battery or an APV, considering the Triton battery/tank has a different kind of threading than every other device out there (at least the ones I know about).

EDIT - I forgot to mention, that if you don't fill the Triton tank up enough so that the e-juice wicks into the coil, then when you attempt to vape on it you will just burn the wick, and that will not taste good (and it can continue to taste bad until you change the coil).

Well, without recoiling, how can I drip, how many drops are good for a taster and where do I drip.it?

Pick up a KR808D-1 battery to 510 adapter so you can use a topper with 510 threading.

You can use a manufactured dripping atty rather than rebuilding to sample your juices. This kit has everything you need to try dripping, Drippers' Delight. Just put two to four drops of juice in the atty and vape. When the flavor fades and vapor production decreases add two or three more drops.

When you want to change flavors just blow out excess juice from the threaded end of the atty and twist the corner of a paper towel to blot out any remaining juice. Then just drip your new flavor.

If a juice has a persistent taste you can usually get rid of it by dripping some unflavored juice or just some pharmaceutical grade PG from Walmart until the taste goes away.

sorry Deac23
I didnt understand ` so that the E-juice wicks in to the coil` can you explain?

because, eventually the juice would run below a certain point right? i assume I can smoke it dry?

No worries, we were all new at this at one point, never apologize about asking for help here, that's what this place is for :)

With the Triton (or any top-coil clearomizer) you need to make sure the top part of the wicks (where they feed into the coil) are getting saturated between vapes, otherwise you can get dry hits (and possibly burn the wick). When the juice runs below a certain point I would just spin the tank while it's tipped to the side so that the liquid reached the top of the wicks.

If you go search YouTube you can probably find plenty of videos showing how to use the Halo Triton, that's where I learned everything I knew in the beginning.

**This is all based on my own experience, I'm by no means an expert on this subject :vapor:
