How to get a thread re-opened and moved???

I had a thread about Updates to Vapestock, in the Events subforum, which has apparently been closed. I've received NO notification as to why (and I don't think I accidentally hit the close this thread button)

In my first post of that thread, I said it could be moved if it wasn't in the correct place.

Who do I contact (and please, I hope it isn't to the generic admin as I've never gotten an answer to any emails sent there) to get it re-opened and moved?

As long as you followed the forum rules to get the event posted, it should be fine.
