hey all, I am wondering how vendors get that carbonation taste in their juices, like cola, mt. dew, etc? I read somewhere that PGA would do it, but I tried some everclear and it wasn't close. I used 1% (as low as my calc would do) and all it did is give me a bad taste and a constant headache. I had to cut the juice in half to get it usable again. Would vodka work better for this? Or is there something else? Thanks,

Brew

Champange just sorta gives it a crisp taste.

Cinnamon is the trick.

Cinnamon red hots also gives a bite and carbonation feeling.
Lemon also works well to give a bite to flavors that champange seems to ruin
Lime works well to give a bite to flavors that Champange and Lemon seems to ruin.
Overall i found these flavors to work

Cinnamon
Cinnamon Red Hots
Lemon
Lime
Champange.

I think the champagne flavor from lorann's tastes more like bubble gum then their bubble gum does...i use it with other fruit flavors to get a fruit tasting bubble gum (think bubble yum)...Never noticed a carbonated sensation/taste/feeling from it.
I havent tried TPA's champagne flavor yet, but i do own it. Now i'm gonna have to try it.
