Wigglr... not the easiest/cheapest route to take, but your grand w 2x 3v batteries and a 3.5ohm IKV 306 will bump your from ~9 watts to ~10 watts. Im with you, sometimes the 3.7/1.5ohm doesnt quite do it for me... but I've never been left unsatisfied @6v.
Honestly, Im a moderate vaper...3-4ml/day... the AW LiFePO4 3.2v batteries are only 500mah, but they last me all day...AW doesnt exaggerate their mah ratings like others... been alternating 3 sets of these batteries for close to 3 months, its definitely manageable.

Thanks, Chornbro... I've been waiting for IKV to come back up so I can order some. When I first got my Reo, I ordered some but Isaac sent me LR 510s.... Disappointing! Because they were ~2 ohms and I never use them (except once and a while to drip on my ProVari where I crank up the V). I do have the batteries though!

I know when TennDave tried them he said he had a sore throat for 2 or 3 days afterwards
They are both amazing, but Taboo is my all day vape. Its a mild flavor so I ad it to other juices to bump up the TH too.

I stay stocked up on the HV 306 atties... they really are amazing! The LiFePO4 batteries have the same draw-power that the high-drain batteries have, too...

Let us know what you think. I love the 3.5Ω 510 attys at 6v ...... but I found the 3.5Ω 306 about worthless.
Not sure what the problem was .... admitidly I am not a 306 fan, but I know how to make them work.
Just couldn't get the HV 306 to work for crap. I gave mine away as a bonus on a trade.
Really?! My experience was the exact opposite... I drip... and I had the 510 leaking out the bottom and giving me burnt, dry atty taste at the same time... I gave up!
Will let you both know my experience with the two of them -- I have the batteries and the Grand (OF COURSE) so will just pop them on and give them a shot then report back
My TH Plus from the vapor pro shipped today ... I will check in with my experience after testing it out... Also waiting for the shipping confirmation from Isaac for some 3.5ohms 510 and 306s
I also saw avidvaper sells 3.2 306s... You could get some rough wattage from those at 6V

3.2 didn't work for me with a 6v setup... it just PULVERIZED the juice. Lol. Didn't even stand a chance.
I think it might be a while until isaac ships, I'm sure he's absolutely swamped...

I'd start with 1-2ml's if I were you. I was at 7ish ml when I almost choked to death!
Throat Hit Plus increases throat hit and also softens any acidic/sour perception. Add 1ml to 4ml into a 30ml bottle of Smoke Juice / e-liquid and shake the bottle to mix.
I never really digged the dualcoil cartos myself. Some do. Andrew at CCV has some that are the best out of the 3 places/vendors that I tried. He also has a 100% money back guarantee on all his carto's. 20 Boge's for $19 everyday, and I forget, but his duallys are some of the cheapest too...
