How to get the best flavor with coil building?

So during most of my vaping experience Ive been cloud chasing and just interested in vapor production. But now i want to know what's the best way to get the most flavor out of a coil build? Micro coils? nano coils? what about air flow? a lot or a little? also, would cotton be the best for flavor? or silica? and as far as ejuice goes, would PG carry the flavor better than VG? Usually i use 100% VG just cause of the vapor production. Any feed back would be appreciated! thanks.

For me a standard wrap, with a space between each wrap has given me the best flavor. Micro coils were too harsh for my juice and my throat. I've never tried a nano coil but I think it would have an even worse effect than a micro coil.

Air flow is very important but it depends on the wick setup and the mod. I would recommend attys with built-in air control or get yourself an airflow controller so you can adjust for wicking and flavor.

Which wick produces the best flavor is subjective. Everybody's taste buds are different. This is something that you will have to experiment with. For me German Silica is my favorite. Regular silica sucks. Braided cotton thread works for me but cotton balls are too harsh. Another good wick is ecowool. Some swear by hemp and bamboo.

PG is known to bring out the flavor and VG mutes flavor. I only use VG so I add extra flavor to my DIY juices.
