I just got my ecig a week ago and started with 11mg menthol which was fine but I thought that I would fare better by getting 24mg and I can't really tell much difference. Plus I can't really taste the mint anymore. Is their a way to bump up the minty taste on my own or do I just need to find a better source for liquid?

Well you can buy some menthol crystals and mix them with everclear or some strong alcohol, about a 50/50 mix and just add a drop or 2, but be careful they are pretty strong, so go slow on the mixing! You can get the crystals off ebay or other stores.
I second the previous post,if you don't want to "mess with that": try myfreedomsmoke.com they have "double menthol" and mix custom flavors too.
