How to keep vape stuff organized?

So.. I am starting to accumulate a lot of stuff. I am still trying to find what "my vape" will be. I have been ordering away, and now it's getting messy!

How do you keep your stuff neat, organized, but still easily accessible?

Here's my mess. This is not at it's worse, I cleaned 5 days ago.

Actually, I have some small boxes for each level of nicotine I use, so that's three. I have a couple of dozen cartomizer cases, each labeled on the bottom with the flavor of the carts inside. Another box near a wall outlet is the "charging station." I saved the bubble wrap bags from my orders, and keep one nicotine level to a bag that I can see through fairly well. But, if you think any of these things are neatly stacked or whatever... nope.

Maby a fishing tackle box, or screw organizer from homedepot (the one with adjustable trays).. just a couple thoughts that popped up .. VAPE ON ...

LOL looks familiar. I started with a small drawer in my office, but outgrew it quickly.

Since I usually charge my batteries in the kitchen, I dedicated a kitchen drawer by the charger to vaping supplies. Since it's garage-sale season, I'm having fun finding tiny bags, old tobacco tins and other little bitty cute containers to store the right juices with the right cartos so I don't keep mixing up flavors. Today I picked up a small antique compartmentalised dish, a vintage cigarette case and two tiny pink beaded bags at garage sales; total cost $3.00. I'll put the juice bottle along with the carto into each bag or whatever, that way I keep them straight.

For work or going out, I choose two juices and two set-ups so I can alternate. All supplies go in a little canvas camera bag, which fits inside a purse.

I love these threads because people get so creative with organizing!

I'm on the hunt for something as well. I need a larger organization solution, but just haven't quite found what's right for me.

I've looked at tackle boxes and a number of hardware organizers, and I may even pick up a stackable carousel lazy susan tray thing I found for my more frequently accessed juices and things, but I haven't committed to anything yet.

In the meantime I'm using some beading organizer trays I already had. They are similar to the flat clear style tackle boxes, but larger with bigger compartments and carrying handles.

Kinda looks like my stuff! LOL! It's all thrown in a lockable file box that I wasn't using anymore, not neat at all. And the 3 juices I use right now are on the kitchen counter with the charger, extra batteries, and 2 3ml syringes w/needles..........

i keep my many 10ml bottles in a jam glass jar in the fridge to contain tha added up perfumes (some smell a bit, and it adds up)

I thought I had mine all straight in a tackle box until I started making my own juice. Now it is a tackle box, a med size tote in the fridge and some assorted other shoe box type containers. All that and my desk is still a mess.

I'm kinda .... retentive about neatness and organization.
I'm using a tackle box right now with movable dividers I found at WalMart. I've been looking at wooden tea boxes at Amazon, cause I think that would look nicer/neater. I have it divided into 6 different sections. Each section has a 30 ml bottle of juice and a 3 ml tank filled with that juice. I have the bottles color coded and the name written on it. To distinguish the different tank flavors, I was using those little colored dots on my tanks until yesterday. Yesterday I got my drip tips! Now I know what flavor is in each tank by the color of the drip tip! I'z a happy camper! lol!
The rest of my stuff...Pg/VG, nico liquid, sweetner, flavorings are in a kitchen drawer in a big plastic tub (just in case something leaks) so when I need to mix some more liquid up, it's all right there. Like I said....I'm a neat freak! lol!

Found the cheap divided craft boxes at Wal-mart and removed the lids...

Makes it two trays deep...

I used the desk drawer and a shelf above my desk at home to house all my vaping goodies, however the wife did not find this solution appealing...ergo I ended up buying a Vapestation from Vape Logic. It actually works great as it has holes cut into the upper portion to run your battery chargers into it so you can charge out of site. Overall the build quality is decent and though it really seems like a giant jewelry box, it houses my vaping stash quite well. Most importantly, the wife is happy

I'm pretty new at this, but I like stuff organized, too. I bought a pack of 100 3 X 5 inch clear bags you can write on and I keep my filled cartos in those, marked with flavor and nic level. Those all go into a clear craft box with a handle so when I want to change flavors I can just pull one box out and choose from the already filled stash. I haven't had any leaking issues yet, but the combination of the little plastic bags and the plastic container should take care of any that arise. All my empty carts and syringes, etc are also in craft boxes with separators. I bought three essential oil binders from Amazon and my juice is in there. I pull it out, open it up, and the bottles are held in with elastic straps so I can see exactly what I have and what is getting low. I have a big coffee table in my office with drawers and all of these boxes and binders fit nicely into the two big drawers. I still have two smaller drawers that I'm sure will be full soon.

Oh, and I have a long, skinny bamboo box (like you use in a silverware drawer) that I keep my charged batteries in. When one dies, I throw it on the charger and grab another from the box.

This is something I have been worried about lately because no matter what I do , I get overflow.while investigating what exactly would be a good vape system, I have aquired so much stuff, its ridiculous. Then, there is the e Liquid problem. I have fishing tackle boxes, plastic storage systems, even screw organizers.I am now trying to make room in my rollaround tool chest ,which has large drawers... the best answer is for me to address my real problem ,which is, trying things as a hobby. For someone new to vaping, my experience is that I wish I had forund this forum a few monhts earlier. I am looking to see a "suggested starting point "string to give noobs a heads up on what to try and some system of investigation into vaping.I bet half my gear is not gonna be used at all. The suppliers are evolving just as we are, the suppliers are our leaders actually. As they learn and offer those lessons for our use, they are shaping our awareness and knowledge. It would help if suppliers dropped old, really funky obsolete items that are marginal from thier offerings as soon as they can. Dont tempt us kiddies with really bad junk

I picked up a Stanley 10 Removable Bin Compartment Deep Professional Organizer from Home Depot. Works great for my stuff, but I pretty much filled it up and now may have to get another.
