how to log on without facebook

Is there anyway to log on to the forum without facebook? facebook is blocked at work so I cannot seem to log on from work?

Is this connected to facebook in anyway?

I don't like and I don't trust things like 'facebook' or 'twitter' and I don't use them (not intentionally anyway).

I just did the plain regular registration thing here that asks you to fill out username and password etc etc basic registration information and I didn't add in any 'facebook' or 'twitter' or any other things.

Are we connecting to facebook somehow here when we just plain register and login here?

I personally just don't want to be connected to those, so I hope I'm not accidentally somehow by being here (to be honest I don't completely understand all the inner workings of the whole facebook and twitter things so that's why its conceivable to me that somehow we could be accidentally connected from this forum now that you mention it and have me wondering, but I hope we're not)

Just go to e-cigarette-forum, register and log on. Nothing to do with facebook.
