New, and have a couple questions.

Hey guys.

I just joined and I signed in with Facebook, but I cannot figure out how to create a username. It will not let me register without a Facebook account, but will not let me change my username from my full name once logged in with Facebook.

This is driving me nuts!

I have made my 5 posts, so I am not quite sure what is going on. I'll figure it out, but I figured I'd use one of my posts to request assistance.

Once you get in your 5th post (and the system refreshes at :25 past the hour) you will be free to post links and post elsewhere on this site. Maybe this is part of the problem you are running into. I didn't think you needed to post a link to get a name change.

That sounds like the problem Susan. Thanks. I'll wait until :25..

I didn't put a link in for the request of a name change, it just autogenerates a link to my profile as part of the message that is sent (with no way to delete it). Thanks for all your help!
