I can understand your fustration between expensive hardware and cheap hardware, Complex builds and simple builds. I myself spent thousands on hardware, DYI supplies and spent countless hours of experimentation only to come to the same conclusion as yours. I've used authentic hardware, clone hardware, Premium hardware and bargen basement closeout hardware. I've had some of my best luck with cheap clones and rushed builds which have caused me to change my thinking many many times.

The only conclusion that sticks with me is you don't have to spend a small fortune to have a great vaping experience.

I've bought my fair amount of vape gear. The trick is to get the best out of what you got. My juice is a simple tobaccos and tobacco absolutes blend, I got no need for thousands of flavors. I have a couple fancy box mods but I still like my good ole mechs and provari. I can build those fancy builds but still I get my best use out of a 1.2ohn spaced single 28 gauge coil, nice and simple. With a nice .5ohm clapton TFV4 ontop my Istick and I can empty a tank watching Law and Order.
I guess I got lucky and found tobacco flavors I liked early in my DIY journey so I almost have no wanting to do much else but hone my tobaccos into my perfect vape.
