how to: removing on/off lock on k100

So got iritted Having to unscrew The lock ring every time i wanted to vape. This was really annoying at work. So i took it apart and came up with This. And here is how i did it.



Start by taking off the button assembly. Take take out the spring that rests up against the battery. Then remove the c clip and that's it. Here's how it looks apart

Then take the lock ring and put it back on upside down

Then take the housing and put that back on

I put a nut under the c clip. Now if you don't do this here, the button and lock ring Will not sit Flush. Make sure don't use some thing that can't handle electricity.

.now put the C clip and battery spring and put them back on Then put it on your mod and test it.

The lock ring was loose so i put a few drops of gorilla glue between the button and ring, the put it standing up with the battery taken out, and a fender washer that was a little bit smaller then the button under it, For a few hours. Seems to be holding up pretty good.

I love it. I can grab and vape. And it doesn't go off in my pocket. I just Tighten the battery to where i just make full contact.
