Ive been a little scatter brained today and made a few calls to Lib. F to return some batteries, after the calls I realize that I didn't ask the right info. I was told to return the batteries in the same package they arrived in but I threw the box away a while ago, I'm assuming as long as I secure them safely and mail them it won't be a problem (?), I'm thinking a in a small box which I'll put in a brown envelope. I'm a little worried because I don't know if the original packaging had some kind of reference needed. I also was given a tracker number to monitor the mail.

Dill, the best way is to send them an email describing the problem you're having, the exact item that is malfunctioning, and your order number. This way the return/exchange proces can go through the proper channels and helps them keep the record straight. As soon as they receive your email, they will start the process and tell you what to do. That's how I always do it, with LF and other vendors, BTW.

I'm sure this is old news but..
You mentioned that you were given a tracker number---so I think your return is on the way to you and when it gets to you, then send back the bad parts with a order # and a short note.
